Professional experience:

Tatiana Klochko is a practicing lawyer since 2010.
Had been working at several law firms, including an international law company till 2015.
Since 2015 (since its founding) is a partner of Lovtsov Klochko & Partners.
Since 2014 has been participating in the annual World Bank (World Bank Group) study “Doing Business”.
Tatiana Klochko possesses considerable experience in representing clients in resolving disputes on a wide range of issues, including issues in construction, corporate law, foreign trade, freight forwarding, restructuring and bankruptcy, disputes related to real estate rights.
Has considerable experience in conducting legal due diligence of companies, developing an action plan for eliminating and minimizing identified risks, streamlining further business and legal support for the implementation of the plan developed.

Tatiana Klochko specializes in resolving issues arising both in setting up a business, in the course of commercial activities, including business sale and purchase transactions, M&A transactions (mergers and acquisitions) as well as at the termination of activities (liquidation) of business entities.
Tatiana Klochko participated in the implementation of projects both with localization within the Republic of Belarus and international projects, when assets localized in various foreign jurisdictions acted as the subject of the transaction.
In her work, Tatiana Klochko applies an individual approach to each specific project and client, conducts a comprehensive thorough analysis while solving each task, basing on the priority goals and needs of the client.
Tatiana Klochko is the author of publications in print and electronic media, and also has experience in public speaking on legal topics.

  • Legal support in the accreditation of the Representative Office of the International Public Organization (Russia) in Belarus, operating in the field of reviving the moral foundations of society.
  • Legal due diligence of a company with national investment operating in the field of information technology (IT).
  • Structuring and legal support of the transaction on the acquisition by national investors of stakes in the authorized capital of the Company operating in the field of metallurgy industry with a total value of about 200,000 US dollars.
  • Advising and supporting a transaction for the alienation of a property in Minsk pledged to the bank, to the amount of more than 500,000 US dollars.
  • Advising and legal support on the issue of increasing the capitalization of a large Belarusian car dealer worth over 500,000 US dollars.
  • Consulting and legal support in the matter of increasing the capitalization of a company operating in the field of metallurgy industry worth over 300,000 US dollars.
  • Structuring and legal support in the implementation of a series of M&A transactions, complicated by the transfer of rights to real estate objects within the group of companies with national investments, engaged in the production of metal products.
  • Structuring and legal support of the launch of the famous fast food chain included in the TOP-10 of the largest fast food restaurant chains in the world from the ground up and with an investment volume of at least 1,000,000 US dollars.
  • Legal support at the launch of a catering facility (restaurant of national cuisine in one of the countries of Central Asia) with an investment volume of about 150,000 US dollars.
  • Legal support in the termination of activities of the Representative Office of a Foreign Company (Germany) in Belarus engaged in the production of meat products.
  • Advising and representing the interests of a foreign company (the Czech Republic) in resolving a dispute regarding the transaction validation for the purchase and sale of shares of a Belarusian joint stock company (the amount of the transaction exceeds 1,600,000 US dollars) in court.
  • Advising and representation of the interests of the Belarusian Company in recovering the cost of poorly performed construction and installation works, as well as collecting penalties for violating the deadlines for eliminating defects, totaling about 250,000 US dollars.
  • Representing the Client’s interests in resolving corporate disputes, including the transaction invalidation for alienating a share in the statutory fund and applying the consequences of its invalidity.
  • Advisory work and legal support in resolving a corporate dispute on the issue of business sale (business localization - the Republic of Belarus).
  • Representing the interests of the Belarusian Licensee Company in monitoring by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus on the issue of confirming the compliance of a dental clinic with the licensing requirements.
  • Provision of legal services to resolve issues in the field of labour migration of a trading company with foreign investments (Russia), a member of an international group of companies.
  • Provision of legal services in the field of Belarusian migration legislation of a trading company with foreign investment (Lithuania), a member of an international group of companies.
  • Advisory work and representation of clients' interests on trademark registration in full compliance with the national and international registration system, as well as on the protection of trademark rights in cases of unfair competition on the side of third parties.
