This Policy of Confidentiality has developed according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and applies to all relations connected to the processing of personal data by LOVTSOV KLOCHKO & PARTNERS LAW OFFICE (the “LKP”) of the users (the “Users”) of https://lkp.by/en/ (the “Website”), as well as other subjects.

Persons (operators) processing and storing the User's personal data are:

Users agrees to the processing, use and storage of the following personal data:

• Name and surname;
• Phone number;
• E-mail;
• other data that can be provided by the User by E-mail to LKP including at the attached documents or otherwise.

By giving consent to the processing of User’s personal data Users consent to the following actions with their data by LKP: collecting, systematizing, storing, modifying, using, depersonalizing, blocking, distributing, providing, deleting.

User’s consent is given for the period until withdrawal if unless otherwise provided by this Policy of Confidentiality or legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

The storage of personal data of Users is carried out by LKP for the period necessary for the purposes for which such data was processed or for the period provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

By giving their consent to the processing of personal data, Users agree that their personal data may be provided by LKP to other individuals or legal entities for the purposes and subject to the restrictions provided by this Policy of Confidentiality and the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

The storage of data on the consumption of LKP data is carried out for the period necessary for the purposes, during the period provided for the presence of the Republic of Belarus.

Upon reaching the purposes for which the personal data of the Users were processed or in case of withdrawal of the consent of the subject of personal data LKP will delete such personal data within the period provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

Users have the following rights in relation to their personal data:

• The right to receive information regarding the processing of personal data;
• The right to receive information about the provision of personal data to third parties;
• The right to have amend User’s personal data;
• The right to demand the termination of processing of personal data and (or) its deletion;
• The right to withdraw the consent to the processing of personal data;
• The right to appeal against actions (inaction) and decisions of the operator related to the processing of personal data.

In order to exercise any of the above rights, the User may send a written application with the obligatory indication of the following information:

• Name and surname;
• Postal address;
• Date of birth;
• The essence of requirements;
• Identification number or, in its absence, the number of the identity document;
• Personal signature or electronic digital signature of the User.

Such an application can be sent in electronic form to the following LKP Email address: info@lkp.by, or to the postal address of one of the persons (operators) who process and store the personal data of the Users of the Website, specified above in this Policy of Confidentiality.

LKP reviews and responds to applications received from Users in the manner and within the time limits provided by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
