Professional experience:

Valery Lovtsov is a practicing lawyer since 2007.
Had been working in several law firms, including an international law company till 2015.
Since 2015 (since its founding) is a partner of Lovtsov Klochko & Partners.
Since 2013 has been participating in the annual World Bank (World Bank Group) study “Doing Business”.
Valery Lovtsov specializes in resolving issues that arise both in setting up a business, in the course of commercial activities, including business sale and purchase transactions, M&A transactions (mergers and acquisitions) as well as at the winding-up (liquidation) of business entities.

More than a 15-year period of legal practice helped Valery Lovtsov to accumulate a very significant, diverse experience, mainly in the course of working with corporate clients who are representatives of private business, both with national and foreign investments (with a wide geography).
Valery Lovtsov participated in the implementation of projects both with localization within the Republic of Belarus and international projects, when assets localized in various foreign jurisdictions acted as the subject of the transaction.
Valery Lovtsov is the author of publications in print and electronic media, and also has experience in public speaking on legal topics.

Legal support in the successful resolving (settling) a corporate dispute between the owners of the group of Companies (Belarus) (production of agricultural products) with a total capitalization of more than 10.6 million US dollars;

Legal support in the establishment of a subsidiary IT-company with foreign investment (Belgium) in the Republic of Belarus (Back Office).

Structuring and legal support in the implementation of business restructuring in Belarus, namely in connection with the replacement of the “parent” company by the regional office of the international freight forwarding group of companies in Belarus.
Structuring and legal support in the implementation of a series of M&A transactions, complicated by the assignment of real estate rights within the group of Companies with national and foreign investments (Lithuania), engaged in the production of construction and automotive equipment and occupying a leading position in the given market segment.
Structuring and legal support of a transaction on the acquisition by a foreign investor (Bahrain) of a commercial real estate object at the cost of $ 185,000.
Legal support in the implementation of the winding-up of the activities of the Representative Office of a Foreign Company (Russia) in Belarus, carrying out technical supervision in the field of oil production.
Advising and representing the interests of the Belarusian Company in resolving a dispute with a banking institution arising from credit legal relations, the amount of disputed claims totaling $ 125,000.
Advising and support in collection of receivables under the two exchange-traded contracts for the supply of raw materials, totaling $ 350,000.
Representing the interests of the Belarusian Company in obtaining a license from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus to carry out medical activities (opening a dental clinic).
