Key activities:

Advising (verbal and written) on the opening (accreditation) of representative offices of foreign organizations;
Drafting of all the necessary documentation for accreditation of the representative office being opened, as well as representation of interests in the state accreditation body;
Drawing up varied documentation, as well as the implementation of all procedures related to the establishment of a representative office after its accreditation;
Services when making changes and (or) additions to the Regulation on the representative office's performance, i.e. in connection with the change of its location (legal address), drawing up all the necessary documentation therefor, as well as legal support and/or proxy representation of interests in the state accreditation body;
Services for the extension of the term of “Dasvol” (permit) for the implementation of the activity of the representative office, drawing up all the necessary documentation therefor, as well as legal support and/or proxy representation of interests in the state accreditation body;
Services for the replacement of the representative office Head (Director), consulting required, drawing up all the necessary documentation, along with legal support and/or proxy representation of interests in the state accreditation body.

Provision of legal services is paid on the basis of the cost and pricing principles previously agreed with the Client, namely: either on the basis of a fixed cost of services, or on the basis of a “budget” determining the allowable minimum and maximum cost limits, or on actual labour costs.

Payments are carried out on the basis of an invoice as well as Certificate of services rendered (if payment is made upon completion of the services rendering).
