Corporate Law

Subpractice of Corporate Law is one of the key activities of Lovtsov Klochko & Partners, including a fairly wide range of legal services related to the creation (establishment) of legal entities, the accreditation of representative offices of foreign organizations, the implementation of commercial/non-commercial activities by these entities as well as termination of activities (liquidation) of business entities.

Possessing considerable practical experience as well as a high level of qualification in resolving issues within the framework of corporate law subpractice, lawyers of Lovtsov Klochko & Partners will help the Clients with the choice of the optimum scheme for resolving the specified task, draft all the necessary documentation and (if necessary) will represent the Client's interests in his relations with third parties, i.e. representing interests in the registering bodies and other institutions (organizations).

Provision of legal services is paid on the basis of the cost and pricing principles previously agreed with the Client, namely: either on the basis of a fixed cost of services, or on the basis of a “budget” determining the allowable minimum and maximum cost limits, or on actual labour costs.

Payments are carried out on the basis of an invoice as well as Certificate of services rendered (if payment is made upon completion of the services rendering).
