Providing advice (verbal and written) on the implementation of transactions for the sale and purchase of a business, their structuring, development of the most appropriate legal solutions;
Legal due diligence of Companies’ documentation prior to their sale / purchase;
Legal support services for obtaining the consent of the antitrust body (given such a need) for making business sale and purchase transactions;
Legal support of transactions on the alienation (acquisition) of equities in the authorized funds (shares) of limited companies and joint stock companies, advising, drawing up all the necessary documentation, as well as representation of interests in the registering body;
Legal support of transactions on alienation (acquisition) of Enterprises as property complexes, advising, drawing up all the necessary documentation as well as representation of interests in the State Unitary Enterprise “National Cadastral Agency” during registration of Enterprises as property complexes and transactions therefor;
Legal support of mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Provision of legal services is paid on the basis of the cost and pricing principles previously agreed with the Client, namely: either on the basis of a fixed cost of services, or on the basis of a “budget” determining the allowable minimum and maximum cost limits, or on actual labour costs.

Payments are carried out on the basis of an invoice as well as Certificate of services rendered (if payment is made upon completion of the services rendering).
